PREMIUM GRASSFED BEEF TALLOW

Crafted from 100% grass-fed Australian beef suet sourced from Queensland and Northern New South Wales, our tallow is slow-rendered in small batches to create a pure, traditional cooking fat with exceptional flavour and performance.

We use only premium suet—the prized fat found around the kidneys of the animal—carefully rendered and filtered to preserve its natural qualities and produce a clean, high-quality tallow with nothing added and nothing removed.
